Modupe is an accomplished business leader with over 17 years of experience in the Technology and Finance sectors. With a background at global giants like PayPal, Barclays Bank, and RBS, Modupe's strategic insights have shaped some of the most significant financial and operational transformations in the industry. As the Senior Programme Manager at PayPal UK, Modupe is a recognized expert in regulatory compliance, market expansion, and stakeholder management. Her leadership has driven successful cross-border initiatives and regulatory alignments across the APAC and EMEA regions.
Modupe's expertise extends beyond regulatory frameworks—her time at Barclays and FAB Limited saw her lead complex acquisitions, mergers, and operational restructurings, which improved profitability and streamlined operations. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business from Oxford University and a BEng in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, reflecting her methodical, results-driven approach to business challenges.

Her work focuses on empowering small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) in Africa to access global commerce seamlessly, with a particular emphasis on delivering solutions that are both inclusive and impactful.
Adebusola's technical expertise is matched by her leadership in fostering talent and mentorship, helping aspiring developers break into the tech industry. Her accomplishments have earned her recognition from Google Women's Day and certifications in Android Development and Agile methodologies. Adebusola's vision continues to drive the company's growth, ensuring that meCash not only meets today's financial needs but also anticipates tomorrow's opportunities.
